Terms and Conditions
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Punctuality
A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After that time, the appointment may be canceled or rescheduled depending on availability.
Deposits and Cancellations
Some services require a deposit to confirm the appointment. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance may be non-refundable.
Service Changes
Any changes to the type of service must be notified in advance. We cannot guarantee availability for unbooked services or last-minute changes.
Guarantees
You have up to 3 calendar days to report any issues with your application. Reports made after this period will not be valid, and the guarantee will no longer apply. Please refer to our Guarantee Policy for more details.
Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse service if any medical or hygiene condition is detected that may pose a risk to the client or staff.
Respect and Conduct
We expect respectful behavior toward our team. We reserve the right to deny service in case of any inappropriate conduct.
Remote Work and Phone Calls
Working from the salon is allowed as long as headphones are used and phone calls are kept at a low volume so as not to disturb other clients.
Pet-Friendly Policy
We are a pet-friendly space. One dog per appointment is allowed, whether an emotional support animal or a pet, as long as:
– It is mentioned at the time of booking
– The dog remains on a leash and under supervision at all times
We reserve the right of admission if these conditions are not met.
